My approach is gentle, attentive, and grounded. I work with the whole person—mind, body, and nervous system—creating space for ease, balance, and a deeper sense of connection. Rather than imposing change, my work meets the body where it is—offering both ease and appropriate challenge to support meaningful, sustainable progress.
I’m drawn to this work because I’ve seen—and experienced—how thoughtful touch, mindful movement, and intentional presence can shift how people feel in their bodies and move through their lives. Massage, assisted stretching, and yoga help many people find relief from discomfort, release long-held tension, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. These practices have also shaped my own path, supporting clarity, resilience, and a steadier sense of calm. I believe each person carries an inherent capacity for growth and change, and it’s a privilege to support that process with respectful, individualized care.
When I step away from the table and mat, I value time with family, friends, and my ever-loving pups. My own yoga and meditation practice helps me stay grounded and present, so I can show up fully for those I work with. I’m a lifelong learner at heart, continually refining my skills and exploring new ideas. I’m grateful for the opportunity to do this work and to support others as they move toward greater ease and well-being.
