I’m drawn to this work because I’ve experienced how thoughtful touch, mindful movement, and simply slowing down can change how we feel in our bodies and how we move through daily life. Massage, assisted stretching, Thai, and yoga have helped me — and many of the people I work with — ease discomfort, release long-held tension, and reconnect in ways that feel supportive and real.
My approach is gentle, attentive, and grounded. I work with the whole person — not just what hurts — meeting the body where it is rather than trying to force change. The work is about creating space for ease, balance, and trust, with just enough challenge to support steady, meaningful progress.
When step away from the table or the mat, I’m usually spending time with family, friends, and my ever-loving pups. My own yoga and meditation practice helps keep me grounded so I can show up fully for the people I work with. I’m a lifelong learner at heart, always refining my skills and staying curious. I’m so very grateful for the opportunity to do this work and to support others as they find more ease and balance in their lives.
