At VernSpace, your session is built around what your body needs that day. Techniques such as deep tissue work, hot stones, cupping, assisted stretching, Thai-inspired movement, and other approaches may be incorporated when appropriate without an additional charge.
You don't need to decide which techniques you need before you arrive. We'll talk about what brings you in and shape the session from there.

3 Sessions / Purposeful Consistency / Lasting Ease
The 90-Day Reset is a three-session series designed to support consistency and give us the opportunity to work together over time rather than focusing on a single session. It includes one 60-minute session and two 90-minute sessions and expires 90 days from the date of purchase.
Refer someone new to VernSpace, and after they complete their first session, you'll receive one $1-per-minute session of your own. Each completed referral earns one discounted session, no limit on the number of referral rewards you can earn. Thank you for sharing VernSpace with someone you care about.
