Every body has a story.
I am grateful you are here, and I look forward to being part of yours.
It took me 60 years to discover my passion. Looking back, every step of my journey led me here.
Teaching yoga taught me to observe movement. Massage therapy gave me another way to listen. Over the years, I've guided more than 2,000 hours of yoga and have spent over 1,000 hours providing massage and bodywork. Those experiences continue to deepen my understanding of the body and remind me that every person is unique.
I've learned there isn't one approach that's right for everyone.
Every client, every class, and every conversation teaches me something new.
The more I learn, the more curious I become, and that curiosity continues to shape the care I provide.
I'm grateful that I get to do something I truly love, and it's a privilege to share that with the people who trust me with their care.
I don't begin with a routine.
I begin with a conversation.
Sometimes that conversation happens with words.
Sometimes it happens through movement.
Sometimes it begins simply by watching someone walk into the room.
Whether you're looking to relax, move more comfortably, find some ease from everyday tension, or simply take an hour for yourself, I meet you where you are and let your body guide the session.
Rather than following a set routine, I adapt each session to what's happening in the moment. Depending on your goals, that may include:
The more I learn about the body, the more I realize how much there is still to understand. That's one of the things I enjoy most about this work.
Continuing my education gives me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge and expand the tools I can draw from when working with someone. Whether I'm studying massage therapy, movement, Traditional Thai Massage, assisted stretching, or something new, each experience gives me another way to look at the body and another perspective to bring to the table.
For me, continuing to learn isn't about collecting techniques or certifications. It's about becoming more thoughtful in the work I already do and staying curious about where that work may take me next.

Thank you for taking a few moments to get to know me.
I look forward to getting to know you, too.
Wherever you are today,
we'll begin there.
A space of care, curiosity, and connection.
